J & I Cleaning FAQ

At J & I cleaning the customer comes first. We offer a wide variety of cleaning services along with custom cleaning service tailored to your needs. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions that will help you prepare for your next cleaning:

  • What areas do you service? â€‹

    • We currently service the MN Metro area, Rochester and surrounding suburbs of Chicago,Illinois. In addition to supporting our 3 main areas, we travel base on request. Please reach out if you have a location request.

  • What cleaning products are used?

    • Our current list of products used are general cleaning products. If you have a sensitivity to cleaning products or need baby safe products and would prefer us to use your own products we can! ​

  • Do I need to be home to make a cleaning appointment (Reisdential Cleaning)?

    • We do not require our clients to be home during the cleaning. However, we do request someone is there to allow us in the building and there to lock up the building. ​

  • Can J&I cleaning use products I choose or products I already have?

    • Yes, you may use your own products and may have cost benefits ​upon request 

  • If I have a pet, do I need to notify J&I cleaning?

    • We do require to be notified of any pets in building. We request all pets are not in the cleaning area in whichever area we are cleaning due to using cleaning products. ​

  • Does J&I cleaning offer any discounts or reoccurring cleaning services?

    • We do offer a referral program. If you refer a client, you will get a one time discount of $25.00 per referral once the individual you referred books a cleaning with J&I Cleaning Services. If we have any current specials, please refer to our Facebook page: J&I Cleaning Services​

  • How am I charged for my cleaning service?

    • All details regarding payment will be discussed upon walk through at consultation with client. ​
